Responsibilities

•          Perform general office administrative and clerical supports
•          Support Senior Manager in the preparation of all documentations
•          Manage schedules, appointments and meetings
•          Review and sort incoming emails and mails for relevant functions
•          Plan and manage record keeping activities when required
•          Handle and maintain confidential information and documents

Requirements

•          Bachelor degree or above
•          Detail-oriented, well-organized, excellent communication skills
•          Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of people
•          High proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
•          High proficiency of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarins
•          Immediate available is preferred
