Job Duties

  • Receptionist duties in professional manner
  • Excellent Customer Service attitude and professional telephone manner
  • Maintain the receptionist area clean and tidy
  • Greet visitors and register and issue visitor's badge to visitors
  • Coordinate all mails and courier deliveries
  • To manage office inventory and purchase workplace supplies

Requirements

  • Ideally more than 1 experience in receptionist and administrative roles
  • Open to Flight Attendants
  • Speaks Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Outgoing personality and detail oriented
