Job Duties:

• Deliver professional customer service through handling inbound calls
• Coordinate with other teams on customer requests
• Handle customers’ enquiries & requests and provide instant solutions
• Assist in managing the front desk operation and conference room booking
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and escalations
• Assist in company events coordination and ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

•  DSE graduate or above
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• A good team player and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent service manner, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
