- Handle enquiries & serve customers
- Provide appointment booking, data entry, filling, billing
- Perform front desk admin work
- Provide reception services
- HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Good communication skills
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good telephone manner and customer service skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
