Duties:

1. Provide IT support to AVS end users, including software and hardware troubleshooting, computer maintenance & etc.
2. Manage and support the setting up and updating of AVS webpages and event websites
3. Handle IT procurement, software installation and configuration to workstation
4. Assist in updating the inventory lists for all IT equipment, renewal of domain names & etc.
5. Provide on-site technical support to AVS events
6. Manage IT-related administrative works(e.g. mail merge, eDM & etc.)

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or above in IT or related field
2. 1 year of relevant experience or above is preferred, fresh graduates will also be considered
3. Hands-on experience in Web programming (e.g. HTML, Javascript, PHP)
4. Familiar with Windows, Linux OS & MS Office
5. A team player, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
