Responsibilities: 

• Handle a full spectrum of HR and Administration Services to business unit as a business partner
• Handle all employees for pre-employment and post-employment including entire hiring process, background check, staff orientation and induction training and exit interview
• Responsible for monthly payroll administration, maintain staff leave and attendance records, MPF and taxation
• Assist in updating company policies and staff handbook
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by department head

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of HR and Administration experiences, with working experience in securities firm is advantage
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, especially in Mandarin
• Excellent command in spoken and written Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
