Job Description

職責:

  • 處理辦公室雜務,包括遞送內部和外部文件,跟進辦公室維修及保養事宜,以及會議室佈置等
  • 負責辦公室一般清潔工作,包括會議室、工作間及茶水間清潔工作
  • 負責為部門主管、訪客及會議之茶水接待
  • 替換和訂購茶水間的物品/日用品
  • 輔助同事之午膳安排(翻熱午膳和清潔杯子)
  • 如有需要須外勤工作,包括銀行入票、送文件及寄信等

 要求:

  • 中三畢業,1年相關工作經驗
  • 守時、積極的工作和服務態度、有責任感
  • 一般英文程度
