Responsibilities:

• Work with Administration Team and Operations Team in providing clerical support including but not limited to prepare invoice / quotation and reply to clients
• Assist Operations team to manage all-rounded daily operation and customer service   
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations  

Requirements:

• Form VI graduate or above
• Prefer to have minimum one year of work experience, fresh graduate will also be considered.
• A good team player, flexible, well-organized and attention to details with high sense of responsibility
• Willing to learn and pick up new tasks
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, PPT and Excel
