Project Clerk

Job Scope: -

• Assist in office clerical works to manage and supervise the progress and quality in checking of Minor Repairs, and that of Routine Cleaning Works and Building Safety Inspections;
• To prepare the clerical document (i.e.: letter, certificate, report, data entry, filing) for the Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Surveying).

Job Requirements: -

• F. 5 / HKDSE or above with 1 year of relevant experience in administration duties;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Chinese word-processing;
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese;
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills.
