Our client is a private equity firm who is looking for a CHRO to join their headquarter in Hong Kong.

You will be accountable for implementing the Group People & Culture plan across all operating markets, leading strategic HR Business Partnering capability to ensure HR agenda supports and drives business goals. You will work alongside with the senior management team and partnering with the executive committee, managing all HR activities within the employee life cycle.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with minimum 15 years of HR experience ideally in from a global financial services firm. You must have strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. Fluent in English AND Chinese in both written and verbal communication is required.
