• Manage all rounded administrative and reception duties
• Oversee office equipment and facilities for smooth daily operation of the firm
• Greets guest, handles calls, emails and courier services
• Perform data entry and maintain filing system in a timely manner
• Arrange business travel and plan itineraries
• Organise events and activities to promote corporate value

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Detail-minded with decent language skills and strong organisational skills
