Job Description
Our client is a reputable beauty services chain with around 10 centres in major commercial and shopping districts in HK and we are recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Manager to support the company expansion.
Major Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training and development and retention.
- Business and strategic input regarding HR to further the development of the business.
- Lead, coach and provide innovative HR solutions addressing business issues
- Business analysis of HR data to provide relevant insights to the company.
- HRIS and relevant systems implementation.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in human resources, business or similar discipline.
- 10+ years of HR generalist experience with strategic HR input to the business
- Services industry experience such as health and beauty, fitness and hospitality
- Strong experience in recruitment of front line staff and back office staff
- Practical experience in commission based incentive systems.
- Comfortable to deal with all levels of staff and management including stakeholders management.
