Job Description

Responsibilities:

  •         Comprehensive calendar management and scheduling of external and internal meetings/calls, across multiple time zones.
  •         Travel arrangement including organizing flights, transfers, accommodation and visas; and expense report preparation.
  •         Organize local and regional meetings and conferences efficiently and effectively, including all organisation and logistics, agendas, minutes and presentations consolidation and sharing.
  •         Support direct reports of CEO and Directors as needed and with prior alignment.
  •         Organize and manage logistic arrangement for visitors and events for the team, when necessary.
  •         Prepare and translate presentation materials, handle general correspondence, memorandum and confidential documents.
  •         Proactive, professional contact and co-ordination with clients, business personnel and peer counterparts.
  •         Manage daily operational procedures, including staff travel/ holiday database, general maintenance of office equipment and environment, other administrative tasks.
  •         Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement:

  •         Bachelor's degree holder
  •         Proficient Chinese and English
  •         Self-motivated personality and good organisational skills, be multi-tasking and give attention to details
  •         Excellent communication skill
  •         Ability to multitask and prioritize action items
  •         Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
