Location:
Tsuen Wan District Health Centre

Responsibilities:

• Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and service support of the Tsuen Wan District Health Centre (TWDHC) Core Centres and Satellite Centres;

• Provide general clerical duties, including client registration, appointment booking, filing and related clerical work;
• Provide customer service including answering general enquiries over the counter and telephone;
• Assist in organizing various health promotion activities and self-help management program;
• Assist the operation, service and administrative work of DHC centres.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with healthcare related education or equivalent;
• Proficient in MS office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Willing to learn, self-motivated, good communication skills;
• Shift duties are required, may need to work on the evening, Saturdays, Sunday & Public Holidays subject to special arrangement.
