Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in all-round support
• Prepare routine reports for sales team & management
• Handle client's enquires and sales services
• Assist to sales activities, exhibition & events
• Issuing contracts, quotations and invoices
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-year working experience in sales coordination / customer service / clerical duties
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-minded and hardworking
• Fresh graduate will be considered
