• Provide and review full range of company secretarial, compliance and corporate governance support for the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Maintain proper statutory records and filings and ensure that they are in compliance with the Listing Rules and relevant statutory requirements.
• Assist in writing compliance documents for the company in both English and Chinese languages.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors, and regulatory bodies.

• Higher Diploma or above holder in Business or related disciplines.
  
• At least 2 year experience in company secretarial field, preferably in professional firm. 
• Member of ICSA/HKCGI is highly preferred. 
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Fast-paced, can work under pressure and deadline oriented.
• Ability to anticipate needs or problems, can-do attitude and think outside the box, and proactively offer solutions.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Short notice / immediate available is highly preferred.
