Responsibilities:

• Support front line HR functions including prepare attendance report, leave management, recruitment & selection, wellness and employee engagement etc.
• Support on office administration including purchase and management of office supplies, receptionist, handle incoming telephone calls, mailing, courier arrangement, asset management, office equipment maintenance etc.
• Responsible for clerical support and data input of HR & Admin Department.
• Undertake any ad hoc / special assignments assigned by HRA department.

 Requirements:

• Able to perform stable service
• Residents at New Territory are welcomed
• Either Form 5 or above or DSE graduated
• Experience in HR & administration and retail industry will be advantage.
• Fresh graduates interested to develop career in HR & Admin are welcomed. 
• Familiar with MS office especially Excel and Chinese Word Processing,
• Independent, self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, able manage multiple tasks,
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Immediate available is highly preferred
