Job Description
This is an HRBP role to support the business and department heads, whilst leading the HR & TA team of 6 in Hong Kong.

Our client is a high end consumer services company with 350 employees in Hong Kong including front line and head office staff.
Description
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will lead a team of 5-6 generalists and recruiters to cover the HR operations and hiring needs. The company currently has a total of 14-15 outlets and will continue to expand in Hong Kong, therefore the ability to formulate talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention strategies is key. You will a true HRBP and work closely with the key stakeholders on people strategies to attain their business goals and targets.
Profile
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12-15 years of HR experience preferably from front line driven industries such as hospitality, retail, F&B, property management, logistics...etc. You will have experience leading the talent acquisition team for front line recruitment, whilst also have a solid track record in a HRBP role to support the back office corporate functions. We are looking for a team player with great communication and people skills. Fluency in Cantonese and Chinese written skills is required.
