Role Objective:

• Assist and support manger or senior management to upgrade and improve the Customer Service quality of frontline team in Link and contractor staff.
• Enhance customer service delivery standard of property management and car park Management at every customer touch point through organizing different review meeting, training or face to face coaching at sites.

• Support manager and property management leadership to review and establish the desired customer service standards of frontline team for Link.
• Support the monitoring, control and service delivery to ensure the right systems, standard and procedures are in place and followed by the frontline team at sites.
• Assist to review the current training materials, guidelines and procedures to improve the delivery of customer service training to frontline team in Link and contractor staff, including training materials preparation and demonstration of customer cases handling.
• Assist in developing services standards for frontline employee in Link and contractor staff in handling customer enquiries, complaints and emergency situations.
• Support ad hoc events or programmes which promote high standard of customer service.
• Handle ad hoc duties assignments as required.

• Degree Holder in Property Management or Hospitality Management
• At least 5 years’ experience in customer service or hospitality industry, preferably in property management or customer-oriented industries
• Proven record or experience in co-ordinating and delivery of customer service training.  Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Customer service oriented, good interpersonal skills and self-motivated
• A good team player, efficient and able to remain composed under pressure
