Job Description
Our client is a premium lifestyle & sports training academy within a leading HK listed property development group.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Managing Director directly and dotted line to Senior Group Human Resources Manager, you will be in charge of full blown of HR daily operations across recruitment, training & development, C&B, employee relations, etc. Your major priority is to set up fundamental HR operating procedures, policies, employee handbook, etc. You will work closely with all different department heads and offer proper HR supports. You will coordinate closely with HQ to ensure appropriate group HR policies and initiatives to be deployed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should:
- possess Bachelor Degree or above in any disciplines, with at least 10 years of full time HR operation experience gained from sizable companies (at least 3 years of managerial experience) across hospitality, F&B, entertainment, education or retail industries
- be able to work well with business partners/ function heads
- have past experience in setting up HR fundamentals/ operation procedures/ policies from scratch
- be able to work under high pressure
- feel comfortable to work in Sai Kung area
