Job Description

In support of the Government’s Job Creation Scheme under the Anti-epidemic Fund, we are now inviting applications for the following position under a one-year fixed-term contract:

You will be responsible for:

  • providing a full spectrum of administrative support to General Manager, Marketing and Customer Experience;
  • acting as a contact point among internal departments and other external parties;
  • supporting the planning, coordination, execution, follow-up and reporting of projects and initiatives;
  • writing simple correspondences and letters, in a professional manner;
  • assisting in preparing presentations, spreadsheets and support on business related documents;
  • assisting in marketing projects and other ad hoc tasks as assigned to meet the business needs; and
  • maintaining a good digital filing system and documentation, continuously identify ways to improve the operational workflow and drive process improvements.

You should:

  • possess a recognised degree in Business management, Marketing or other related discipines;
  • have 3 to 4 years solid administrative or marketing work experience;
  • have hands-on experience of MS Office applications included Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • be able to handle business correspondence, high professional standard of integrity and confidentially;
  • high adaptability with good relationship management skills and able to work independently;
  • be self-motivated, attention to details, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills; and
  • have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
