Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform secretarial duties and handle management schedule for Management
  • Handle insurances/ licenses application and renewal
  • Experiences in handling property leasing duties and book keeping will be an advantage
  • Handle business correspondences, mails, emails, telephone calls, document filing and other administrative duties 
  • Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements and travel visa application
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned. 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Secretary or Administration  
  • Good MS Office knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Deal with confidential matters with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality;  
  • Pleasant, positive attitude, well-organized and able to handle multi-tasks; 
  • Good communication skills and good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • Immediate Available is advantage
