Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform secretarial duties and handle management schedule for Management
- Handle insurances/ licenses application and renewal
- Experiences in handling property leasing duties and book keeping will be an advantage
- Handle business correspondences, mails, emails, telephone calls, document filing and other administrative duties
- Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements and travel visa application
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Secretary or Administration
- Good MS Office knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Deal with confidential matters with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality;
- Pleasant, positive attitude, well-organized and able to handle multi-tasks;
- Good communication skills and good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
- Immediate Available is advantage
