Our client is a Hong Kong local sporting, recreation business, currently looking for a seasoned HRM to join their team.
about the job.
- Provide an integrated people management service focused on improving current practices and organisational planning
- Act as HR Advisor to support BU business operation including but not limited to Performance Management, Salary Benchmarking, Retention and Exit Management, Total Reward / Benefits Management etc.
- From an HR perspective support implementation of HR Transformation project / initiative by communicating with internal stakeholders
- Provide Valueadding HR services to business unit
- Participate in new people system migration and implementation
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' of solid relevant experiences in sizeable company
- Solid Talent management / Development knowledge is a must
- Fast-paced and proactive, able to work in a team and individually
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work with stakeholders across levels and functions
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
