We are looking for a passionate HR practitioner who wants to move beyond the execution of day-to-day HR functions and stretch themselves by being a key part of effecting behavioral change in our working culture.

Responsibilities

• Payroll management – Manage payroll vendor to process monthly payroll for Hong Kong.
• Manage new joiners, exit process, prepare package, collect documents and communications.
• Collect employee data query and response accordingly. Notify external third parties if applicable. Make sure system employee data accuracy and timely
• Establish document P-file and E-file for each staff in scope. Ensure the P-file borrowing and returning with timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with business and HRBP to drive the company employer branding activities such on Campus recruitment and relationship, Career fair and Internship program, etc
• Support HRBP for implementation of HR strategies and projects.

Requirement:

• University degree in HR Management or a related field  
• 2+ years of HR experience preferably in marketing research/PR/Advertising experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong Labor ordinance
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office application and HRIS system -Workday
• Good team spirit, Strong sense of responsibility, confident, awareness of service
• Candidate with short notice is preferred
