Role & Responsibilities

• Recommend and develop quality and training strategic plans and training / coaching programs for maintaining and improving established service standard
• Provide online and field product training
• Follow up the Mystery Shopper Program and closely monitor all clients;
• Provide expert knowledge to handle customer service complaints;
• Prepare data collection and analysis on quality issues;
• Perform other ad hoc duties when required.

           Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.

Requirements 

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• 3-5 years experience in performing Quality Assurance, Training or Customer Relationship experiences is preferred.
• Mature, independent with solid experience in complaint handling.
• Customer-oriented with pleasant manner, strong communication skill.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Powerpoint) is a must
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
