Job Responsibilities：

• Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times
• Manage and organize daily schedules and business appointment
• Handle travel arrangements and hotel accommodation (including flights, hotel, restaurant and car arrangement)
• Able to cope with various business occasions
• Business trip with director
• Assist in the handling ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Student Member of ICSA / HKICS is preferable
• Certificate in Business Administration or related (essential)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an MUST
• Minimum 2 years of experience 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and able to work independently
