Description

  • Assist in organising training and development strategy to align with the company's development and business goals
  • Work with line managers to identify their training needs and provide advice and training solutions
  • Coordinate with external trainers and to ensure they are competent and qualified for course delivery
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process, including discussing requirements with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, job advertisement creation, sourcing, screening, selecting, offer and on-boarding for multiple accounts
  • Handle C&B exercise including payroll, salary review, staff cost budgeting and market research
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience
  • Great team player, self-motivated, independent
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
