Pathos Consultancy Limited is a specialised recruitment firm with footprint across APAC focusing in Finance, Accounting & IT staffing services across all industries. Due to rapid business growth e are hiring a Consultant / Senior Consultant for our Finance & Accounting/Technology Divisions. 

The Role

• Handle full cycle recruitment process, including ad posting, screening CV, shortlisting candidates and salary negotiations

• Provide market insight, knowledge and updates to candidates /clients and build long term relationships.
• Preparing your candidates for interviews, managing expectations, pre-closing, closing and offering candidates
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processing include contract signing, reference checking and background checks.
• Identify, develop and build relationships with potential clients and building your own client portfolio.
• Manage ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by supervisors
• Ensure procedures comply with labour ordinance

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management/ Economics/ Accounting / Communications or any related disciplines
• At least 2 years or above experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal skills with good business acumen.
• Driven and motivated individual who can embrace challenges with a positive mindset and celebrate success.
• Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin (Native English speaker has advantage)
