Your role
 

• Provide order fulfillment and operation support to different sales channels in order to complete sales transactions and uphold customer satisfaction
• Properly follow the prescribed procedures and workflows to complete the assigned tasks timely and accurately
• Provide clerical support in handling customer data and documents for mobile and other business subscription services
• Work closely and provide excellent support to internal teams including sales and operations
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

To succeed in this role

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above with at least one year working experience
• Proficient in using PC software applications
• 5 working days per week on shift basis
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Detail minded and with attention to details
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
