Our client:

Our client is a global leading company in the industry. They are looking for a high caliber – Sales Admin Officer to join their energetic team.

Your role:

• Provide general sales support
• Perform order management and after sales service
• Handle customers’ enquiries and follow-up orders
• Coordinate with purchasing to monitor stock level
• Receive and process sale orders online, or via phone, email and other channels. Include checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports.
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in business administration or a related field
• 2 or more years’ experience in sales or sales support
• Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as well as computer applications
• Able to work in a dynamic environment
