Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in carrying out human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, etc.
- Maintain accurate employee information and records in HR system
- Prepare regular HR reports and assist in data analysis
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience gained in sizable organization
- Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Organized, attentive to details and diligent
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent hands-on PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
