To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join us as an Account Executive, mainly focusing on document and client support.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation, placement, and administration of clients’ insurance programs

• Perform consultative services to clients and prospects
• Handle general inquiry from internal and external clients
• Responsible for the preparation of proposals and presentation materials
• Process pre- and post-renewal documents, follow-up and data input
• Perform Ad-hoc tasks requested by line manager or department head
• Support Line Manager to prepare report, proposal and presentation to client

Requirements:

• High Diploma with minimum 1  year of solid working experience in broker firm or insurance company with non-motor products (such as retail, package insurance)  is preferred

• Valid holder of Insurance (IIQE papers I, II) license is mandatory
• Valid holder of Insurance (IIQE paper III) and MPF license is preferred
• Detail-oriented, customer focused with effective client communication skills
• Possess strong sense of responsibilities, able to work independently and act as a good team player
• Good communication skills on written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate availability is preferred
