Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Compensation & Benefit operations including payroll administration, MPF, taxation, performance appraisal, employee relations etc.
• Handle employees’ enquiries with regard to payroll calculation
• Support and review rewards related projects such as new-joiner bonus and annual bonus exercise
• Ensure accurate processing of raw data, perform wages calculation, prepare attendance reports and maintain leave records
• Assist in the review and implement HR policies and procedures
• Prepare and analyze various HR reports
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent is an advantage
• At least 4 years relevant working experience in C&B field, preferably in sizable company
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other employment practices in Hong Kong
• Strong analytical skills and work independently under pressure
• Attentive to details, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with MS Office application including Word and Excel
• Familiar with HRIS application (e.g. IPL)
• Good command in both verbal and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred

*Working Location : Tai Po Industrial Estate (Shuttle bus is provided)
