Since 2000, Prohealth Sports And Spinal Physiotherapy Centres have been helping our clients recover faster and more importantly preventing their injuries and pain from returning. We are looking for a cheerful and self-motivated candidate to join our team. As the first point of patient contact, the candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients and other staff in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:

- Customer service including welcoming patients

- Handle patient inquiries (phone, email, walk-in etc.)

- Book appointments, process payments and issue invoices

- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the clinic’s reception and other related areas

- Ensure continuous operation of the clinic, compliance with Covid procedures and stock-taking

- Respond to, resolve and/or escalate issues as required (claims, schedule conflicts, last minute cancelations)

- Acquire strong working knowledge of the organisation’s services and staff members

- Work closely together with colleagues to ensure the best experience for patients at all times

- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Clinical Directors

Requirements:

- Possess great customer service skills, is dynamic, self-driven, professional and reliable

- Excellent communication skills, well versed in written and spoken English

- Good computer skills with knowledge using Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task
