In this position, you will:

• Perform administrative support to CS Intelligence Development Team
• Prepare documents to meet company requirement, such as system document, workflow, user guide, training material, English script 
• Assist Manager in resource management, such as budget control
• Support in ad hoc task as assigned 

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma holder in any discipline
• 2 years relevant working experience, preferable in telecom industry
• Experience in writing workflow would be definite advantage 
• Attention to detail, proven accuracy and well organized, strong sense of responsibility, sensitive to number
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Customer Data Analyst
• Immediately available is highly preferred
