Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
• Handle daily correspondence, communications and appointments
• Assist in preparing legal documents
• Handle billing, enter time sheets and prepare invoices
• Manage calendar, meeting schedule and filing system
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments when necessary

• 2-3 years' secretarial experience gained from legal firms
• Proficiency in MS Office and English and Chinese word-processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Mandarin
• Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, willing to learn and good team player
• Immediately available is preferred
