Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Assist the Manager to:

-  Monitor the daily and routine operation of the department;

-   Lead the recruitment of all levels of staff and select suitable personnel to the companies;  

-   Participate in company-wide projects including but not limited to formulate, implement and review relevant policy and procedures;

-   Establish and develop training programs;

-   Handle traffic accident, work injury and labor compensation issues;

-   Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of company-wide policies and projects;

-  Liaise with government departments and certification bodies

 Requirements:

-   Higher Diploma or above;

-   At least 4 years Administrative & HR managerial experience;

-   Independent, aggressive, strong interpersonal and project management skills, mature, and detail minded;

-   Able to work under pressure and willing to learn;

-   Experience in handling project or internal management audit is an advantage;

-   Experience of implementing KPI, 6S, ISO9000 or ISO22000 / HACCP is preferred

Working Location: No.11-13 Yung Yuen Road, Ping Shan, Yuen Long, NT

5.5 working days / week
