Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B operations and projects, performance review, employee relations
• Provide professional HR support to the operations, including manpower planning, salary benchmark, internal movement etc.
• Maintain and update employee records
• Participate in the review of HR policies, guidelines, procedures and provide feedback to cope with changes
• Provide general office administrative support, including office supplies and equipment maintenance
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in HR/Business Administration related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
• Able to communicate with all levels staff (managerial and operational)
• Independent and good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
