Job Description
JD:
- To enforce legislations, rules and regulations, including handling enquiries, complaints and special requests from schools or the public, vetting and processing application, conducting random checking on residential address claimed by parents of Primary One Admission ( POA) application and performing school placement for POA late participants and applicants admitted by schools with no Primary 1 classes in the new school year.
- To monitor the progress of POA and Secondary School Places Allocation Admission (SSPA) and Student Information Management (STIM) systems
- To assist in data processing and maintenance duties, including vetting validation and other related computer reports on POA applications, POA and SSPA school choices and SSPA internal assessment scores and updating related data in the systems and compiling and providing statistics and background information on POA and SSPA
- To liaise with schools , parents, colleagues and other departments, and conduct seminars, talks / briefings to schools and parents
- To supervise clerical staffs and general clerks
- any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Degree
- Level 3 in Chi & Eng
- A certificate in education from HK tertiary educational institution or equivalent
- 3 years relevant working exp.
- Good PC skills
