Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs, design, develop and deliver training program in line with Company objectives
• Work closely with Operations team to ensure the smooth implementation of training programmes
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and take follow-up actions
• Update training database and consolidate training reports for management review
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Training, HR Management, or business related disciplines
• 1-2 years' solid training experience and hands-on training experience in Retail Industry will be definitely an advantage
• Self-motivated, well-organized, energetic and good team player
• Proficient in MS Office and video editing
