CAD DRAFTSMAN / PROJECT OFFICER

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD drawings including design drawings, tender drawings and government submissions
• Assist and support the team to meet tight schedules of multiple projects
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Main Contractor during construction/upgrading works
• Any other duties such as site survey may be assigned from time to time by the Project Manager

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma holder in building related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience in drafting works
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD on fitting-out or A&A projects
• Well organized, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Knowledge in MS word and Excel
• Knowledge of Building Regulations
• Immediate availability is preferred
