Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Provide beverage service to meeting attendees with a warm greeting
  • Assist and coordinate event logistics with internal client
  • Coordinate meeting room set-up with furniture and equipment according to business requirement
  • Report any client feedback
  • Handle client hotline and switchboard operator
  • Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirement
  • Conduct regular floor inspection to ensure meeting rooms and general area are clean and tidy; furniture and audio visual equipment are functional
  • Assist with staff pantry consumable tracking and ordering; items distribution
  • Assist Site Lead with any administrative duties or project work as required
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Previous exposure in similar position within corporate sector is preferred
  • Basic understanding on audio visual equipment
  • Knowledge of MS office; Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Experience in a corporate reception or five star hotel environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
