Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the HR, administration and company secretarial teams
- Assist in the handling of full spectrum of HR functions and to provide full range administration support
- Assist in company secretarial function, including the preparation of minutes, reports, regulatory filings and other disclosure documents
- Assist in other clerical works and record keeping
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1-year working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
- Mature, well-organized, self-discipline and good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and
- Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese
- and Mandarin)
- Immediately available is preferred
