Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide clerical support to the HR, administration and company secretarial teams
• Assist in the handling of full spectrum of HR functions and to provide full range administration support
• Assist in company secretarial function, including the preparation of minutes, reports, regulatory filings and other disclosure documents
• Assist in other clerical works and record keeping
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-year working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Mature, well-organized, self-discipline and good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and
• Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese
• and Mandarin)
• Immediately available is preferred
