Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operation
• Handle complaints and enquiries of the customers
• Oversee the performance of cleaning, security and maintenance works

Requirements

• Diploma or above in property management or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in property management
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Candidate with less working experience will be considered for the position of Senior Estate Assistant.
