Currently they are looking for an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager (APAC). Report to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the company recruitment activity and strategy planning.

Description

  • Perform full cycle of recruiting activities for back-office roles
  • Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to build smooth recruiting process
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
  • Prepare organizations for future success and long-term growth
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of TA working experience preferably with prior experience in automotive or industrial industry
  • Good team player with strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Excellent people management and analytical skills
  • Excellent in project management and organizing skills, able to handle multi-tasks and work as a team and independently
  • Immediately available is a plus
