Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from CS hotline in a professional manner, answer enquiries and handle appointment booking received by phone, email and other media channels
- Follow up and handle enquiries or complaints with good communication skill and professional manner
- Communicate and coordinate with clinic and internal departments
- Deliver good customer service to meet customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Minimum 1 year customer services oriented experience
- General medical knowledge or clinic experience is preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, fair in English
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and a team player
- Ability to handle multi-task independently
- 5-days work (09:00-18:00 or 10:00-18:00)
