Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the data preparation, testing, implementation and user training of attendance system for wages and allowance calculation
• Assist in the HRMS migration project
• Prepare on-boarding and off-boarding formalities as well as perform HRMS input
• Provide administrative and clerical support in other HR functions including recruitment, training and development as well as ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1 year's relevant experience, preferably gained in sizeable organization
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Pleasant with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, attentive to details and of high work accuracy
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh university graduates with some part-time/ internship experience will also be considered
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
