Job Description

• Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal, to new staff orientation
• To assist the team to recruit financial professionals and back office crews 
• In charge campus recruitment programs
• Advise managers on HR policies and recruitment strategies
• Explore social career needs and Expand social network

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above 
• Fresh graduates are also welcome (Experience in finance industry preferred)
• Hong Kong Permanent resident or valid work permit in Hong Kong/ IANG/ dependent visa)
• Fluency in Cantonese, Good command of English & Mandarin would be an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
