- Prepare full sets of Compensation and Benefits duties including payroll procedures and MPF administration, tax returns filing, leave management, implementation of compensation and benefits programs
- Generate and analyze reports for payroll
- Update and maintain auditing data and generate reports from the payroll system, handle onboarding and off-boarding process
- Update the personnel database and filing of documents
- Develop human resource plans to facilitate the growth of the company in Hong Kong
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 5 years of experience in the payroll and benefits sector is requires, experience in the F&B industry or start-up would be an advantage
- All-rounded understanding in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment, organized and self-driven
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office programs and Google applications (G-Suite)
