Our client is a global leading Healthcare company. They are looking for a high caliber – Legal Executive to join their team in energetic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide compliance advice and support to management and business units;
• Provide legal research and basic advice.
• Handle day-to-day legal duties on daily operations.
• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Liaise with external legal counsels where necessary
• Work with the Compliance Team relating to any legal and compliance issue.
• Liaise with enforcement agencies including Police and regulators.
• Assist any ad hoc project.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or above with 2 years working experience
• Independent, strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Strong ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with key stakeholders
